As rideshare drivers and delivery workers, our jobs can be difficult. We work long hours to make ends meet, we face constant challenges and threats to our safety, and we have to deal with the fact that we can be deactivated with the push of a button.
Justice for App Workers Illinois is working hard to transform our industry. And while we’re all fighting the good fight, we know workers also deserve to relax and take a break along with our community. That’s why we’re inviting YOU and your family to our second annual Chicago GigFest, from 11am-3pm on July 29!
This is a chance to celebrate all our progress together, along with delicious halal food, stalls, games, and family fun – all for free! All app workers and their families are welcome, so spread the word.
